The iSupreme Council will meet at Boulogne as a preliminary to the Spa Conference.
Its scope will be wider than usua 1 , as Italian, Belgian and Japanese representatives have been summoned to attend.
The Council will discuss the total reparation required from Germany, the manner in which it is to be paid, and probably will also discuss Russian trade relations.—A. and N.Z.
