(Received 8 a.m.)
BERLIN, Jan. 6. The newspapers are producing the exKaiser's letters to the ex-Czar.
The "Allgemeine Zeitung" declares that the letters are of the highest historical importance and extremely valuable as indicating tho character of tho two monarchs, especially of the strivings of the ex-Kaiser.
