SIBERIAN HORRORS.
COMMITTED BY RUSSIANS.
CZECHO-SLOVAK COMPLICITY
(Received 8 a.m.)
TOKIO, Jan. 0
The leaders of the Czech forces in Siberia have presented to the Allied missions attached to Koltehak protests against the barbarities of Koltehak'a army.
The note says that, under the protection of Czecho-Slovak bayonets, the Russian troops commit crimes which would horrify the world if known. The crimes include the burning of villages, the murdering of peaceful Russian inhabitants, and the executing of hundreds of people of democratic convictions daily, including revolting executions at Vladivostock.
These horrors largely account for the hatred against Koltehak. —A. and N.Z.
