BELATED KOREANS.
TRAMPED FOR TEN MONTHS
(Received 8 a.m.)
PARIS, Dec. 18.
Most of the delegates to the Peace Conference arrived by train and some by aeroplane, but th e Korean representatives have just arrived too late for a hearing. They started in the sth February, and were compelled to walk the whole distance, as they were without funds. They crossed Koltchak's lines and went north to avoid the Bolsheviks, and finally arrived via Archangel and Norway. They will stay in Europe till the League of Nations sits and hears Korea's claim for independence.—A. and N.Z.
