(Received 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. .14. A preliminary return issued by the Board of Agriculture shows that the wheat crop has decreased by 2 J million quarters as compared with last year, though half a million quarters above the average of the last decade; barley is 600,000 quarters below 1918 and 300,000 below the averuge, and oats three million below 1918. The hay crop, amounting to five million ons, is the lightest since 1893.— A. and N.Z.
