OTTAWA, Sept. 2.
The Prince of Wales, in laying the foundation stone of the new Parliament Buildings, referred to the late King Edward's laying of the stehe of the previous House.
Sir R. Borden pointed out the pro bability that during the Prince's lifetime Canada would become more popular than the Motherland. —A. and N.Z.
