AN AGGRESSIVE MOVE.
POLISH TROOPS MASSING
LONDON, May 1
Berlin advices state that Herr Erz-bere-er sent a Note to Marshal I<ocn complaining that the Poles contemplate an attack on the German Posen province, and are massing troops on the frontier. Erzberger hints that Germany may be compelled to take counter-measures and also to refuse further facilities for the transport ot Polish troops from the west to Poland. It is reported that the German Government Is mobilising troops in Northern Silesia. —A. and N.Z.
