ENEMY FORCE RETREATING,
(Australian and N.Z. -etc. and Reuter.) (Press Assn.—Eecd. 9.10 p.m.) LONDON, July 19. An East African official report says: "We continued the encircling movement southward and south-westward of Kilwa, reaching within a mile and ahalf of Mount Sharma.
"After cutting roads through dense bush we drove out the enemy from strongly defended positions.
"The Ruipa River columns are now moving towards Fakaras, Operos, and Mahenge.
"The entire enemy force in the Scogea area is being driven towards Mahenge.
"With the co-operation of the Portuguese we occupied Coemle and pursued the enemy for thirty miles to the north-westward.''
