EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS MEETING.
Alter the annual meeting an extraordinary meeting was held, the object of which was to alter the Articles ot Association, givin:» the directors absolute power in the control of the cream supply; also giving them power to accept or refuse cream at their own discretion. The .proposal met with much opposition and much heated debating took place. Eventually, upon a ballot being taken, the proposal was lost by a shortage of nine votes on a three-quarters majority.
