Messrs Alfred Buckland and Sons report:—'Alt our Westfield weekly store and dairy sa!c on Thursday. December 7, stock came forward in average numbers and maintained late values. Best dairy cows made from £11 to £17 10/; others, £8 5/ to £10 10/: heifers, close up, £7 10/ to £12 17/6. The 19 dairy cows, as advertised, from Mrs Timms, Mahgero, made from £9 10/ to £17 10/, averaging £'13 11/. Store cows, £7 12/(5 to £9 15/; one and a-lialf to two and .a-half-year-old steers, £9 14/ to £11 17/6; yearlings, £6 2/6 to £S 7/6; bulls, £6 7/6 to £10 10/.
