Up to the time of writing no official news had been received regarding the Allies' attitude towards the 'peace proposals advanced by the Werny, but the general concensus «f opinion is that the terms will be rejected. Neutrals share this opinion. It is jet too early, however, to say what will eventually come of the movement. Great misery is reported in Hungary where the food shortage has fiecpirie acute. , .
