LONDON, December 9
A German official report says: "The rapidity of the Austro-Cterman advance across the Bucharest-Ploeshti line has resulted in the cutting off of and making prisoners the most of the Roumanian troops in the PredealAlt region. The pursuit is proceeding between the mountaiu range and the Danube. The Ninth Army, alone, yesterday took prisoners 10,000.
