•The Central News Agency states that Mr Lloyd George offered Labour two seats in Cabinet, one iri the War Council, and three Urider-Se'cretary-ships; The "Tiornale D'ltalia" says that the Asquith Cabinet lacked firmness, decision and initiative, and was indirectly responsible for the Greek muddle and the Roumanian disaster.
