Hon. A. J. Balfour, M.P. First Sea Lords Admiral Sir J. B. JeHicoc, (U.H., K.C.V.O. Second Sea Lord: Vice.; Admiral Sir Cecil Bilrney, K.C.IJ., K.C;M.(L Third Sea Lord: Rear; Admiral F. V. Tudor, C.15. Fourth Lord: Captain L. Ualsev, ""' C.31.G. Civil Lords: Rt. Hen. F. J. S. HopWood, GjC.M.G, K.C.U. (and one other whom the cables do not properly define).
