CONDEMNATORY EVI DENCE. WASHINGTON, December .') A great mass mooting is being arranged to protest against the Belgian deportations. Clergymen and university presidents are also sending a memorial against the German administration, and is preparing further vigorous representations. They possess evidence absolutely reputing the German plea that the deportations are designed to give employment to the idle- It has been ascertained that many pro-, fitably-employed workmen are forced to go to. Germany to do military work.
