LONDON, November 20
In the House of Commons Mr Austin Chamberlain, Secretary of State for India, stated that the Germans had sent a mission to Afghanistan for the purpose of creating disloyalty, but the Amir was loyal to his pledges :nid dismissed the mission. "May be it would not be in the public interest to say what befel them," he significantly remarked, "but the Russians and British captured some."
