NEW REGULATIONS.
TO DEIAL WITH DISPUTES.

LONDON, November 30
The Press Bureau states that the new Defence Regulations empower the Board of Trade to take possession of any coal mine where it is deemed expedient in the "Defence of the Realm »\.st." The Board of Trade has power to appoint an advisory committee representing itself, the Hoire Office and the Admiralty and app'y the regulation to South Wales. The Board will meet forthwith and deal with the wages question.
