Mr Alassey, in (he course of a speech at the- banquet to Lord Wiinborne in tiie Dublin .Mansion House, urged every part of the Empire to do its duty in the war. Every citizen of military age in the dominions or ivar Home should do his part. The speech was warmly received, and Lord Wimborue wHcomed it, as a fresh breeze introduced in the political atmosphere.
