A FOXTON CASE
PAIMERSTON N., May 2
At the last sitting of the Supreme Court Mr Justice Edwards heard a Foxton slander action, in which Dr. Mandl sued Dr. Kerr Hislop, claiming £600 damages. It- was' alleged defendant called plaintiff a German. His Honour held plaintiff had not proved utterance of the words alleged, and found for defendant with costs.
