ANOTHER COMMITTAL.
To-day Horomona, one of Rua's followers, was charged with doing bodily harm to Constable Fahey, with the intention to prevent Rua'3 arrest. The evidence was that he tried to- kick Fahey in the stomach and groin and struck him on the left hand with a. stick. Senior Sergt. Cassells batoned him and he wa? secured. Horomona was committed for trial.
