The indications are for variable and strong breezes, but southerly winds, moderate to strong will pre-
vail, veering by South to West. The weather will probably be cool and changeable. The night will probably be very cold. The barometer hat; a rising tendency, but will fall alter about 16 hours. The tides are gcod and the sea moderate.
