A football match was played between Omana and Maungakaramen. This resulted in a win for Mnsin-'a-karamea by 9 points to ni , . The scorers for Maungakaramea were L. Garry, a penalty goal and a try, and W. Gunson a try. Mr Kelleher acted as referee. After the mnt:h Omana was treated to a smoke conrert held in the hall.
A ;>ockey match was also bin '.'J 0:1 Saturday between Maungakanunea "old girls" and "young girls." The "old girls" won by 2 'goals to one.
