TOTALISATOR BILL.
SYDNEY, November 26.
Mr Holman says that, the Government does not intend to introduce the Totalisator Bill as a party measure, but may allow one of the ministers to do so; or may enable a private member to introduce it. While he was personally opposed to the totalisator, there seemed to be a fairly genera] desire for It.
