At to-day's wool sales the following prices were realised for the fleece portions of the clips named:—"Farndale," top 25d, average 22% d; "Pare," liy 2 d, 10% d; "Ira," ll%d, ll%d.

At to-day's wool sales there were a few withdrawals of speculators' lots, but firm, keen competition for all classes. To date 130,567 bales have been catalogued, and 116,289 sold.
