UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIPS.

An Anglo-Canadian, writing to the press, suggests that the memorial to the late Right Hon. Alfred Lyttelton should consist of scholarships enabling Etonians to take Colonial University degrees in order to pursue professions in the colonies. The writer declares that the colonies are distinctly prejudiced against English University men.
