LONDON, Oct. 3.
The New Zealand Shipping Co. will increase its ordinary capital to a million and create a million preference capital in 6 per cent, cumulative shares, holders to receive new ordinary shares paid up to £2 in respect to existing £8 shares and one paid up preference share in respect to •etery four ordinary shares. not intended to immediately issue the balance of preference shares which will be held for future requirements.
