THE ATTITUDE OF SERVIA.
TO AVERT COMPLICATIONS
VIENNA, Oct. 2. Servia has promised, with a view to averting international complications, not to hold territory in Albania after the defeat of the insurgents. LONDON, Oct. 2. Reuters Athens correspondent states that owing to Turkey's attitude the reservists have been summoned to assemble in Athens In three days. The "Wienner Tagblatt" says: — Neither Austria nor Italy is likely to oppose suppression of the Albanian rising, but no change of the frontier laid down by the London Treaty can be accepted.
