THROUGH COMMITTEE,
FINAL.ITY CLOSE AT HAND.
WASHINGON, Sept. 7.
The Democratic Tariff Bill has pafcsed the Committee of the Whole and the House of Representatives has ordered that it be reported with amendments. Wool, cotton and metals still consideration, but passage of the measure is expected to be completed i* a few days.
