NEW UNIONIST PROGRAMME.
CAPETOWN, Sept. 7
Messrs Duncan and Meyler, members of. the House of Assembly, have formed a Young Unionists' Society at Bloemfontein.
The programme Includes revision of the incidence of taxation, a tax on unimproved site values, closer settlement, the gradual restriction of importation of coloured labour, coupled with European immigration, and the recognition of all registered trade unions.
