LEGISLATION UNDER CONSIDERATION.
CAPETOWN, Sept. 7. Mr Malan has made a reassuring statement at Johannesburg regarding progress towards a fair permanent solution of industrial questions. The Government is drafting a Disputes Prevention Bill and a Workmens , Compensation Bill and considering a Bill concerning ■ the recognition of trade unions.
