CHINA AND JAPAN.
TOKIO, Sept. 6
The murder of two Japanese flagbearers at Nanking, has seriously fanned the agitation for anti-Chinese legislation.
The Foreign Office officially states that a man named Ab was stabbed in the supposition that he was a prominent Chinaman. The victim is reported to have succumbed to his injuries.
