MR McINTOSH'S PROPOSAL
CONSIDERED BY COUNCIL.

There is a general disposition apart from the Press to support Mr Hugh Mcintosh's proposed Imperial Olympic team. The "Daily Mail" •warmly advocates the forming of. a fund which would unquestionably be used to discover and train talent in the DommThe Olympic Committee held a long sitting to-day and considered Mr Mcintosh's letter. They did not arrive at any final decision.
