Ex-Governor Sulzer ordered the pardon of a prisoner accused *f wrecking a bank. The Supreme Court Judge thereupon ordered the production of Hβ accused in Court upon a given dete. It is understood that the questlOtt of the impeachment of Mr Sulzex is likely by this action to be brought 1* a head. ..
