FRENCH SUPREMACY ASSURED.

PARIS, June 4
"Le Matin' publishes statistics of the Mediterranean position showing that France, without Britain's aid, could hold absolute supremacy till 1920. The Government is firmly determined, s*ays "Le Matin," to apply the two-power standard in the Mediterranean. If Italy and Austria increase their navies France will do likewise.
