Liord St. Aklwyn, independent eludrnian of the Concilation Board, jwarded the South Wales miners nn increase of 1% per cpiit., which the owners recently refused.
The owners have agreed t.' meet the men to discuss the crisis, while intimating- that they would not grant a minimum wa?e in the form demanded.
