THE DELHI DISASTER.
THREE CAUSES ASSIGNED.

LONDON, Feb. 15.
At the inquiry into the Delhi wreck the captain of the Delhi attributed the disaster to the obscuring of the Spartel light and the local haze. The stranding was due to an unusual current southwards.
