WHANGAREI HARBOR BOARD.
SPECIAL MEETING.
A special meeting of the Whangarei Harbor Board was held in the Council Chamber on Thursday afternoon and those present were Messrs H. Weaver (chairman), H. A. Morey, A. McLead, J. R. Reyburn, W. A. Bain, the clerk (Mr McKinnon) and the dredgemaster (Mr A. Drever). The object of the special meeting was to confirm a resolution passed at the last meeting of the Board in reference to altering the Board's by-laws. The portion of the by-laws affected related to raising the wharf charges, as previously notified.
