MELBOURNE, Sept. 21
In the State Assembly the Premier said that he would introduce a bill compelling the Melbourne Tramway Company to run in the public interest as well as that of the rhareholders. by introducing penny sections and making the rate uniform vith the charges in other cities. An inquiry, into this matter would be made before introducing the -bill.
