DISCHARGED EMPLOYEE'S MALICE
INTERFERENCE WITH MACHINERY.
GISBORNE, Sept. 20
At the Supreme Court, Jas. Railton emoloyed as machinist by the "Gisborue Times" Company, was charged with committing mischief to a printing machine. A-cused was dismissed from the comnanv's service, and openly stated his intention of "fixing" the machine to prevent publication of the paper He was found guilty, but sentence was deferred pending the hearing of another charge of alleged theft of part of the machine.
