DYING LIKE FLIES

St. Petersburg, June 24.
Three hundred fresh cases of cholera, reported at Rostoff, are attributed to the water of the river Don. The trains are packed with terrified fugitives, and the peasants in the outlying districts declare:— " We are dying like flies."
