HEREDITARY PENSIONS.
London, March 24. Mr Bradlaugh's motion, affirming the expediency of at once determining hereditary pensions (always having due regard to the just claims of present recipients), and the desirableness of thoroughly revising the system of granting pensions, has been agreed to by the House of Commons. The Government agreed to a thorough revision of the pension list, and have accepted the suggestions contained in Mr Bradlaugh's motion dealing with the subject. A committee of enquiry will be appointed to investigate the whole question.
