MARRIAGE OF MISS NIXON AND MR HUTCHINGS.
Ox Thursday, at the house of his brother the marriage of Mr Hutchings to Miss M. E. {Nixon took place. A large number of Mends assemblpd to celebrate the occasion, and after the ceremony an adjournment took place to Bell's Hall •when about 50 guests sat down to a most excellent breakfast. The hall was tastefully decorated with the attractive evergreens of the country. The wedding cake, the manufacture of Mr O'Brien, of Kamo was a three storey one, and was a most handsome production, 1 which reflects great credit on our local ' talent. The cloth being removed and dessert served, the "Health of the bride and bridegroom was proposed by Mr Street. The Key. J, Dukes proposed the " Health of the elder Mr and Mrs Hutchings," followed by congratulations and good wishes for the happiness and propriety of the bride and bridegroom. The wedding ball will take place in the evening.
