A FRONTIER INCIDENT.
Paris, January 15. A French sentinel on the frontier reports that he has been attacked by Germans, and his rifle stolen from him.
London, 15th,
The Comte de Paris, in the course of a speech, said that Lord Churchill's visit to St. Petersburg had led M. Flourens to believe that an arrangement was possible between England, France, and Russia, and that he was now considering the terms on which such an arrangement might be effected.
