THE CRIMES BILL.
London, July 1. In the House of Commons last night Mr Smith's motion, that the discussion of tho Irish Crimes Bill should be closed finally, on Monday next, was adopted ,by a large majority. Tho Radicals and Irish members left the House in a body, their amendments not being moved. The report of tho committee of tho whole House was adopted. . London, July 1. The third reading of .the Crimes Bill will be taken on Tuosday. Mr Gladstone intends to move its rejection.
