That the capitation fee be altered to 6d. per quarter per member.—WANGANUI BRANCH. That the subscription for members at large be: men, 25. ; women, Is. per annum. Unions affiliated!, Is. per member.—AUCKLAND BRANCH. That all fees be paid to branches by members of affiliated unions at the usual rates, less the capitation fee. — WELLINGTON BRANCH. That twopence out of every shilling of capitation foes be set aside as a fund for the assistance of victimised comrades, and not to be used for any other purpose.—WANGANUI BRANCH. That the Industrial and" Political organisations comprising the U.F.L. and S.D.P. be eeperated financially.— WESTPORT BRANCH.
