That all members of the National Executive of the S.D.P. be elected by ii plebiscite of tho whole membership of the Social Democratio Party.— WELLINGTON BRANCH. ELECTION OF NATIONAL OFFICERS. That after tho words "shall bo" in tho second lino of Rulo IX, on page II (Election of Officers) bo inserted "Nominated at annual conference and be"; after the word "Party" in the fourth line bo inserted "within a reasonable time."-GISBORNE BRANCH. ANNUAL CONCRESS. That after the words "as follows" in the second line of clause 3, in Rulo X on page 13, be substituted the following words: "one organisation, one delegate, ono vote" for tho words at present there. — GISBOIINE BRANCH. That voting at congress meetings shall be by absolute majority of the numerical strength of tho Party.— CHRISTCHURCH OPERATIVE BOOT MAKERS' SOCIETY. FRATERNAL RELATIONS. That it be an instruction to the incoming Executive of the Social Democratic Party that steps be taken to affiliate with the International Bureau. —AVELLINGTON BRANCH. In Clause 3, that the words "who may be elected io Parliament" be deleted.—LEVlN BRANCH. REQUISITION AGREEMENT. That paragraph G, Clause 14 of Constitution be amended to read "1000 signatures," instead of 500 signatures. — LIVERPOOL STATE MINE BRANCH. That clause of Constitution referring to Requisition Agreement for running a candidate at Parliamentary or other elections be amended to the effect that allowing for existing membership of branches in an electorate or of affiliated Trades Unionists in an electorate, only the balance of signatures to make up the number shall be required, and that financial support shall not be necessary along with the signatures, but that only those giving financial support to requisition shall be eligible to join with the existing members and affiliated Trade Unionists in the selection of a candidate.— AVON BRANCH. Ihat a pledge be drafted by Conference prohibiting candidates retiring from a contest without the consent of the National Executive.—AUCKLAND CENTRAL BRANCH. That tho question of the Nationalisation of the Liquor Traffic be submitted to a plebiscite of the people in addition to the issues' of National and Local No Licence, Continuance, and Restoration. That the S.D.P. take steps to cooperate with the industrial organisations in assessing the value of commodities and demand that legislation be passed making it compulsory that commodities be distributed to the consumer at set prices.—TE KUITI BRANCH. CO-OPERATION. That industrial co-operation is the best way to solve the Labour difficulties and inaugurate Socialism. — CHRISTCHURCH NORTH BRANCH.
