FROZEN CARCASS OF MAMMOTH FOUND ON WRANGEL ISLAND Moscow, October 17. The Acedemy of Science is equipping an expedition to bring to Moscow the frozen carcass of a mammoth found on Wrangcl Island, the Administrator! of which reports that the carcass is perfectly preserved, 19ft in length, and covered with hair 55in in length.
