Poultry Club Holds Annual Meeting
The hope that the club would be able to move back to the Showgrounds again this year, was expressed at the annual meeting of the Palmerston North Poultry Club. The chairman (Mr. A. J. Shailer) reported that satisfactory progress had been mado during the year, and the annual balance sheet reflected a healthy financial position. It was reported that the following trophies had been won outright:—Fanciers’ Cup, Mr. G. B. Holdaway; Leary Cup, Mrs. Fletcher; Rose Bowl, Mr. A. J. Shailer. The officers were re-elected.
