Theatrical Academy
At the forthcoming production of the Theatrical Academy patrons will have the pleasure of hearing Miss Goldsmith sing “Carmen,” from Bizet’s famous opera; and during the Spanish number, Mr. C. Stephens will be heard singing a well-known Spanish love-song. During the “Bells of St. Mary” scene, Miss N. Kingsbeer and Mr. Stephens will render “Till the End of Time” from the screen production “A Song to Remember.” For the finale, a Russian setting has been chosen. The juniors will also delight the audience with “Christmas Ballet” from Techaikowsky’s “Nutcracker Suite”, interspersed with song and dialogue. The producer is Mrs. I’owell, well-known for her productions. Patrons are advised to book early at Collinson and Cunuinghame’s.
