Kairanga
(From Our Own Correspondent.) Mrs. J. Russell, Gillespies’ Line, has been spending a few days in Wellington. Friends of Mr. C. Turner will be sorry to know he has had to enter hospital for treatment and will wish him a speedy recovery. Mrs. A. Askew and her son Melville, who has recently returned from Austria, being a p.o.w. for the past live years, have been staying with Mr. and Mrs. A. Divehall and have now returned to Stratford. Mrs. L. Turner, of Tokoiuaru, paid a flying visit to Ivairanga and had a very busy time looking up old friends. Mrs. P. Eglington is spending a few days with her daughter in Stratford.
